Booking a Trip -Terms and Conditions:
Because Sweet Waters Adventure represents multiple lodges, and each lodge has its own refund and cancellation policies, we opted to design one simple and universal policy for all our bookings to avoid confusion and ambiguity. Our policy is designed to protect the customer as well as the lodges. When a lodge books a specific period for a customer, the lodge sets aside the dates requested. This secures the traveler the dates requested and prevents overbooking. Since the lodges are unable to book other customers for the slots set aside, however, each requires some form of early deposit to protect itself against losses incurred through cancellations.
In an effort to combine customer-ease, transparency of guidelines, and lodge requirements, Sweet Water Adventures has come up with the following, universal rules and conditions concerning deposits and cancellations: Deposits:
1.) A 50% deposit per angler must be paid two weeks from the booking date in order to secure the trip(checks payable to Sweet Waters Adventure).
2.) The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the travel date (checks payable to Sweet Waters Adventure).
3.) Sweet Waters Adventure will charge a $100 service-fee for any cancellation or trip-transfer.
Refunds and Cancellation: For cancellation that occur within 90 days of the trip's start date, 80% of the traveler's deposit money will be reimbursed by Sweet Waters Adventure. Alternatively, the customer may choose to transfer the trip to another date (if available) or to another angler; Sweet Waters Adventure permission and the lodge's is required for any transfer to take effect.
For cancellation that occur between 60 and 89 days of the trip's start date, each individual lodges refund policy will take precedent. In most cases, the traveler will be refunded 60% of the deposit money, but not in all. Alternatively, the customer may choose to transfer the trip to another date (if available) or to another angler; Sweet Waters Adventure permission and the lodge's is required for any transfer to take effect.
For cancellation that occur between 30 and 59 days of the trip's start date, each individual lodges refund policy will take precedent. In most cases, the traveler will be refunded 50% of the deposit money, but not in all. Alternatively, the customer may choose to transfer the trip to another date (if available) or to another angler; Sweet Waters Adventure permission and the lodge's is required for any transfer to take effect.
Trips that are cancelled inside of 30 days of the trip's start date are non-refundable in any case. The customer will be reimbursed 0% of the deposit money. Alternatively, the customer may choose to transfer the trip to another date (if available) or to another angler; Sweet Waters Adventure permission and the lodge's is required for any transfer to take effect.
